Ordering Team Uniforms in Yuma County: Quantities, Setup Fees, and Timing

Uniform orders are the backbone of our shop, and most of them come from small businesses in Yuma, Somerton, San Luis, and the Imperial Valley with crews of five to fifty people. Here's how our pricing works and how to plan the order so nobody is waiting on a shirt.

Our wholesale packages start at 12 pieces. That can be twelve polos, or a mix of polos and caps with the same logo; the point is that a dozen pieces lets us set up and run efficiently, which is what brings the per-piece price down. Orders of 24 pieces or more skip the setup fee entirely. Under 24, a one-time $30 setup fee covers digitizing your logo, and that digitized file stays with us for every future reorder.

Count sizes generously. The most common mistake is ordering exactly one shirt per employee. Add a couple of extra pieces in the common sizes for new hires and replacements, and you'll usually cross the 24-piece line anyway. Mixed sizes and mixed colors within an order are fine.

Give yourself time. Once you approve the proof, small orders are often ready within a few days and larger runs take longer. If you have a hard date (a grand opening, a season start, a job that begins Monday), tell us when you request the quote and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
