Whether it's the Yuma County Fair, a farmers market in El Centro, a job fair, or a school fundraiser, a booth that looks put together gets more conversations. It doesn't take much: a banner, a tablecloth, matching shirts, and a stack of cards.

Start with the banner, because it's what people see from across the room. Keep the message to your name, what you do, and one way to reach you. Big type, high contrast, and your logo. Standard sizes like 3 by 6 feet hang almost anywhere, and grommets let you tie it to a tent, a fence, or a table front.

The tablecloth does more work than people expect. A fitted or draped cover with your logo on the front panel hides the folding table, frames your products, and makes photos from the event look like they came from a real business. Order it in your brand color and it will match the banner and the shirts.

Put your team in matching shirts (embroidered polos for a professional look, DTF-printed tees for a casual event) and hand out business cards that carry the same logo and colors. Order all four together and everything matches; order at least a few weeks ahead, because the events with the most foot traffic are also the ones everyone else is preparing for.
